Design

We at DSM understand that every square inch of your facility is valuable real estate. We will show you how it can best be utilized to maximize your capacity and profitability. Our capabilities include design consultation and budgeting, cad drawings, project management, field measurements and job site coordination.

Fabrication

We are an eco-conscious “Made in America” manufacture incorporating the skills of talented craftsman who work in conjunction with the latest CNC technology.

DSM offers a complete palette of materials to compliment your creative design ideas. Natural wood veneers from sustainable resources, Natural Bamboo Plywood and veneers, Wheat board panels, Dakota burl and Kerei board are all available. In addition to our millwork capabilities, we offer metal fabrication, stainless steel and glass/mirror component parts.
We can dramatically reduce cost and accelerate your time-line.

Installation

Our experienced commercial casework installers are dedicated to detail and quality workmanship. They work closely with the designer on the project to insure that the end result is what the client had envisioned.

DSM WARRANTY

Warranty

This warranty is made for the original purchaser. DSM warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence or accident for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of installation. These products will be warranted if they have been maintained according to instructions attached or furnished with the product. The purchaser’s remedy pursuant to this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, which is made solely at the discretion of DSM Enterprises Inc. This warranty shall not apply if the product has been modified or altered by someone other then DSM Enterprises Inc or without the written approval of DSM Enterprises Inc.

Because no two natural products are identical, there will always be a variation in the grain, texture and color in items made from wood.

DSM Enterprises Inc can assume no responsibility for the condition of the products if they are mishandled or incorrectly stacked while stored at the buyer’s site or at a site other then the buyer.

When the products are component parts or sub-assemblies that are attached or installed by your manufacturing operation, we believe that prior to installation of our products, they have been checked to meet your quality standards. Fragile items such as mirrors, glass, plastics, etc. should be quality checked upon delivery. Once these items are accepted by your receiving department, broken, chipped and scratched pieces are not warranted. All of the items we sell should be stored inside, to protect from exposure to weather related elements.

Affirmation:

Broken, chipped and scratched mirror and glass once received by the Buyer will not be warranted.
Counter tops installed by the Buyer with chipped or nicked laminate will not be warranted. Casework items and components that have damage due to improper installation by the Buyer will not be warranted. In the case where the Buyer is the assembler of chairs they should be inspected at the time of assembly and built per our assembly instructions or they will not be covered under warranty.
